
Eric D. Monroe
Eric is a Montana native who was born and raised in Great Falls. Eric attended the University of Montana where he received his bachelor’s degree in English. Prior to attending law school, he worked in construction, insurance, and wrote contracts and subcontracts for a construction and plumbing company. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law during which time he was a member of the negotiation team and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. After receiving his degree, he clerked for the Honorable Justice Laurie McKinnon of the Montana Supreme Court. Prior to joining Davis, Hatley, Haffeman & Tighe, Eric practiced criminal defense and civil litigation in Montana.
