Paul R. Haffeman

Paul is a native of the flatlands of eastern South Dakota who moved to the mountains while on a break from college to enjoy the downhill skiing lifestyle in northwestern Montana. Since returning to school and obtaining his law degree he has spent his entire career with the firm which now includes his name, focusing his practice on civil litigation. He enjoys the practice of law generally but especially likes trying all manner of tort claims before Montana juries, which he has done in excess of 75 times in state, federal and tribal courts throughout the Big Sky State. He gives back to his community and his profession by serving on numerous non-profit boards and professional organizations in which he takes a leadership role whenever the demands of his personal and professional life afford him the time to do so. Among those organizations is the Montana State Bar Board of Trustees, the Cascade County Law Clinic, and the Great Falls Symphony Association, to name a few.
