Jeffry M. Foster
Raised in Whitefish, Montana, Jeff is a fifth-generation Montanan whose family homesteaded in the Centennial Valley near Dillon, Montana. Jeff studied Literature and Writing at the University of Montana-Western; and was the editor of the college newspaper and a news reporter for a weekly newspaper. As a law student at the University of Montana, Jeff clerked for two years at a law firm in Missoula and a summer with Magistrate Jeremiah C. Lynch, United States District Court, District of Montana - Missoula Division. In his spare time Jeff enjoys all Montana has to offer with his wife Lane and their children.
Education: University of Montana - Western (B.A. Literature & Writing, Honors, 2005); University of Montana (J.D., 2008).
Admitted 2009: State Bar of Montana and U.S. District Court, District of Montana, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
